The Brothers Brunch Foundation is excited to invite fathers, sons, mentors, and young men to a morning focused on mental wellness, movement, and meaningful connection.
This special session will include yoga, breathing techniques, and a sound bowl meditation experience led by Kenisha Marie, CEO & Founder of Breathe with Kay.
Together we will focus on strengthening the mind and body while creating a positive space for men and boys to relax, connect, and grow.
