Memories Scotland – Social Reminiscence and Memory Group

Our Dementia friendly Memories Scotland groups are an opportunity to reminisce and share memories about the past. The sessions offer a friendly and safe space for people to come together, connect with others and make new friends. Together we learn and share information about the place we live which stimulates mental activity.

Our volunteers support the group with facilitated social reminiscence providing hot drinks, a listening ear, and a keen interest in storytelling and community heritage.

This free group is all about sharing stories, sparking memories, and enjoying great company. Whether you’re looking to connect with others or tap into past memories, it’s the perfect place to be. Come along, bring your memories, and let's make new ones together!
