Another night to remember, this time discovering an up-and-coming Toronto chef. Kalyan, originally from India, had the fortune of living in different areas of his homeland before arriving in Canada, where he has worked under the guidance of the popular restaurant Richmond Station since day one. His food is colorful, dense, and very untraditional, and we loved it when we went and tasted some of it!
