The long overdue celebration of life for my mom, Elizabeth "Betsy" Marciniak has finally got a date!! Born April 17, 1951 and passed peacefully in her home on April 29, 2020 in the heart of the pandemic. unsafe to gather at the time to pay our last respects to her, we've put this celebration off long enough.
with a headstone finally ordered and received, we feel it's appropriate to give everyone a chance to pay their respects.
has it been 5½ years? it sure has. Does she deserve a memorial any less? No she sure doesn't.
this will be at my house, plenty of space for parking and gathering for a small 3 hour time frame to officially say good bye. you're welcome to stop in for a minute or the whole time.
as of right now, I'm not sure how we're handling food. that will depend on the number of people responding to go.
many people I have no contact with so invite anyone you know who knew her and wants to say goodbye.
