Please join us for a joyful and faith-filled celebration of the life and legacy of **Eileen Hufana**, who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 79.A memorial service honoring Eileen’s remarkable life, enduring kindness, and deep commitment to her faith, family, and community will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Following the service, refreshments and a reception will be held where all are warmly welcome to share memories, stories, and reflections in celebration of Eileen’s life.
Eileen dedicated more than 30 years to teaching and was a passionate advocate for children experiencing poverty and homelessness. She was deeply committed to uplifting young people through education, compassion, and service, and was especially devoted to her weekly volunteer work at the Community Transitional School. Her warmth, generosity, and steadfast care for others touched countless lives throughout her community.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a memorial fund established in her name to purchase books for the students she cared for so deeply.
As we gather in faith and gratitude, we invite all who knew Eileen — friends, family, neighbors, former students, colleagues, and community members — to join us, celebrate her legacy, and help spread the word.
