Murph is more than just a workout—it’s a tradition we do to honor Michael Murphy and all who have served. It represents sacrifice, resilience, and pushing past your limits alongside a strong community.The workout consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, followed by another 1-mile run. It can be done as prescribed or modified to fit any fitness level, paired, or by yourself. Everyone is welcome to take on the challenge.
