Join Boil Master Leigh Muckey and the Arizona Mudbugs for a Memorial Day weekend Crawfish Clinic and Boil at one of the most historic and beautiful spots in Cochise County — the Charleston Road crossing of the San Pedro River.
We’ll kick off the morning with an educational session covering the basics of crawfishing — perfect for beginners or anyone curious about the hobby. Then we’ll move into hands-on catching and cooking demonstrations so you can see how it’s done from river to boil.
We’ll wrap up the morning with a FREE Traditional Southern Crawfish Boil Lunch around 11:30 AM in the parking area. Come hungry!

📍 Location Details
Charleston Road (Cochise County) crosses the San Pedro River near the historic ghost town of Charleston and the 1846 Battle of the Bulls site.
This area is a key access point to the 57,000-acre San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA), featuring:
• The historic (now closed) bridge
• Hiking trails
• Ruins of the Corbin Mill
• Rich river habitat and wildlife
