Bring a friend and join us for Murph on Memorial Day! This workout is in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 at age 29. This is one of his favorite workouts. The workout consists of:1 mile run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 mile run
Break up the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats any way you want, but start and finish with a mile run. If you have a weighted vest, wear it.
Doors will open at 6:30 with heats starting at 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00.
We will also have a breakfast potluck! After your workout, there will be eggs, bacon, sausage, and lots of other yummy food! We will also provide water. Please bring whatever you want to drink and a dish to pass.
