Every Memorial Day, we take on “Murph”—a workout dedicated to Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country.
The Workout:
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run
RX: Performed with a 20/14 lb vest
All movements can be scaled so EVERYONE can participate.
What This Day Means at Crash Proof:
