Memorial Day Murph at Brigade Athletic Club & CrossFit BrigadeMonday, May 25th | 7AM & 8:30AM (we are offering two workout times as listed).Join us for one of the most meaningful and unifying workouts of the year as we come together to honor our nation’s heroes with Murph—a CrossFit Hero Workout dedicated to Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country.“Murph” isn’t just a workout—it’s a tribute. A way to remember and reflect, to embrace discomfort, and to push ourselves in honor of those who paid the ultimate price. This Hero WOD has become a Memorial Day tradition in CrossFit communities around the world, and we’re proud to continue it right here in Chattanooga for our 15th year running.The workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(Weighted vest optional)All fitness levels welcome!We’ll offer multiple scaling options and team versions, so whether it’s your first Murph or your fifteenth, you’ll be supported every step of the way. The 830AM time will offer an 8-14 year old workout!
