About this Event
Those who are dealing with the death of a loved one and finding the approach of the holiday season challenging are invited to join us for an evening of music and reflections on loss and healing. The staff of Brenan's, Castle and Kennebecasis Funeral Homes are joined by the Saint John High School Choir to present a program created to offer a brief respite from the holiday frenzy in the company of others, in similar circumstances, who understand and appreciate the often conflicting and bittersweet emotions that can come with holidays.
The service includes a variety of music, some seasonal, featuring the 100 voice SJHS choir and musicians; readings and messages offering insight and perhaps comfort; and our 'Honour Roll' of those recently lost. It concludes with the lighting of a beautiful Memorial Christmas Tree.
There is no charge to attend and everyone is welcome but capacity is limited so we encourage you to get your ticket now. Each family served by any of our locations over the past year (and for whom we have current contact information) will receive two tickets by mail - additional tickets can be reserved here at Eventbrite.
