About this Event
Memo and the Notebooks is a band with roots in Santa Cruz and San Jose, CA. Originally formed by Memo Renteria as a senior project at San José State University. They blend hip-hop, indie, punk, and hardcore into a sound that’s hard to pin down and that’s EXACTLY the point. They’re not here to fit into a box. Known for nostalgic vibes, chaotic energy, and even a GameCube setup at their shows, Memo and the Notebooks is a band that’s here to stay and here to do something different.
