Membership Meeting - Protecting the Jobsite

Behind every construction project is a team of people who show up each day to build our communities. Creating a safe and secure jobsite isn’t just about protecting equipment or property - it’s about protecting the people doing the work.

In this presentation, Kristen Siqueiros, CEO of Langston Security & Integration (LSI), will share practical insights into how technology is helping contractors improve jobsite safety and accountability. From modern access control at jobsite gates to surveillance systems and emerging worker safety tools, Kristen will explore how thoughtful security strategies can reduce risk and support safer working environments.



Kristen will also share lessons from her leadership journey as a female CEO in the construction industry and her passion for encouraging the next generation of women to step confidently into careers in construction and leadership.

At this meeting, participants will:

• Be inspired to support and encourage women pursuing careers in construction and leadership.

NAWIC Chapter - Member Business

We will also be selecting and inducting our nominating committee who will recruit qualified candidates for the 2027 NAWIC year for each elected office, confirm their willingness to serve, and present the final slate of nominees to the membership.

A quorum of 34 Active or Corporate Members is required to complete this process.
