About this Event
We are asking £5 donation per head (carer free) payable beforehand by sending the money to our bank account please (NatWest -please contact us for bank details). We are unable to refund this if you don’t come as the event is heavily subsidised by WNAG .
We are again working with Inside Out Bushcraft based in Watlington . The activity will include a range of bushcraft skills possibly including den making, fire making, cooking over the fire, knife skills, foraging etc.
Mixed ages - minimum age of 7 years. All participants will require support from a parent/carer. Please remember parent/carers are responsible for their charges at all times.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain . You will need to wear trousers and a long sleeved top/jacket as there will be stinging nettles around. Please wear appropriate footwear (closed-in shoes, no sandals.)
Please be aware of the possible dangers associated with bushcraft activities - sharp implements, fire, nettles, water, getting lost etc …
This venue is much larger than we are used to - but there are toilets on site (hurray!) and running water . You must keep a close eye on whoever you are bringing at all times .

The venue is just off the A10 at Watlington . If you’re coming from Downham way, it’s probably better to carry on to the Watlington/ A134 roundabout - go round it and come back on yourself , so that you have the venue on your nearside and aren’t having to stop and wait to go across what is a very busy and dangerous road . Please be early so that we can start on time - we don’t want to be waiting and holding everyone up , thanks 😊

NOTES
Please only use the signposted access from the A10. We do not have permission to use the track from the A134/Lynn Road.
The access to the site is single file track. For that reason, we kindly ask that you arrive 5-10mins before the start time. Traffic for most large events will be temporarily held on site. All traffic will be released 5 minutes after the event start time. If you have not arrived in time for this, you will not be able to access the site until 15 minutes later.
The car park is on the left as you come in through the gate.
