Members at Large will gather to elect their representatives to the Iowa State Convention and discuss issues that are affecting them in the workplace. This caucus is designed to provide members at large with an opportunity to participate in the decision process for how they are represented in the state and to work together to find solutions to common problems. National officers will be available to assist with the discussions and develop solution strategies. All dues paying members are invited to participate. The IPWU will reimburse the MAL delegates elected to convention for any/all expenses related to their participation in the Convention to include mileage, lost work time (LWOP) from the USPS, receipted meals, registration, and hotel.
