On this War Memorial tour we will take a Walk of Remembrance around the Melton Mowbray town centre looking at various war memorials and discovering more about some of the names who made the ultimate sacrifice during periods of conflict.Tours depart at 10:00Hrs from Council Offices, Parkside, Station Approach.
Duration 2 - 3Hours.
During the tour, we will visit the War Memorial Gardens, St Mary’s Church, Bell Centre as well as other points of interest to discover the stories of the Meltonians that laid down their lives for our freedom.
