Welcome to the event page for Meltdown MMA Fighting Championships 17. This is an adult only card featuring some of the regions very best amateur and pro MMA fighters, many of whome have come through our development platform. This event takes place on Saturday 14th April 2026 at Yate Sports Centre, Kennedy Way, Yate, Bristol. BS37 4DQ.

Meltdown Fighting Championships is run by Simon O’Brien and Paul Sutherland and the production team at Showtechs Production & Media and Fightworld TV. Our aim is to give up the regions fighters the best platform possible to develop their MMA skills. This will be a great day of MMA action showcasing some of the region’s best up and coming fighters as well as professional level fighters in the huge venue of Yate Sports Centre.

All bouts will be contested in our custom built 24ft pro platform MMA Cage with all production being done by Showtechs and Fightworld TV.
