The MELT Method® is a gentle, science-based self-treatment system that uses soft rollers and balls to rehydrate connective tissue, calm the nervous system, and reduce chronic pain. In this workshop, Holland shares how connective tissue can become dehydrated, why this leads to common aches and pains, and how simple MELT techniques can restore you to vibrant health and pain-free movement.
Become a “hands-off bodyworker” with MELT’s approach to self-care and easing discomfort caused by everyday stress, overuse, and aging. You’ll learn assessments and guided techniques to relieve tension in the feet, legs, and low back through the mini foot treatment, as well as in the hands, arms, and neck through the mini hand treatment.
First-time participants receive detailed exercise handouts and a large soft treatment ball to take home (with the option to purchase a full kit). Future sessions will deepen your skills, expand your toolkit, and support you in building a sustainable at-home practice - enhancing your yoga practice and everyday movement.
