Come on down to The Deck and enjoy live music on the beach! Melophobix was formed at the end of 2015. Its members came together through various open mic nights as well as collaborations in the Grand Rapids' music scene. Within the band, the members have accumulated decades worth of experience performing in various cities, states, and even countries. The goal of Melophobix is to remain stylistically cage-free & continue to record genre-bending songs that simultaneously dip into the sauces of several scenes in today's music world. They are a 7 piece funk band.
