Join the Megnetic Community ahead of Valentine’s Day weekend for a morning of self-love, connection, and reflection at Alter.

Your experience begins with a guided sauna and optional ice bath session led by one of Alter’s lead facilitators. This immersive session will focus on self-love, recommitting to your goals beyond January, and understanding the benefits of hot and cold therapy specifically for women.

Following the experience, Megan will host an intimate women’s health and hormone-focused panel featuring one of Toronto’s leading experts and naturopaths.

After the panel, guests are invited to linger. Enjoy the space, connect with new friends in the sauna, or take time for solo reflection and integration.

Alter is a sauna and ice bath studio located in the College West and Leslieville neighbourhoods of Toronto. Alter’s mission is to make hot and cold exposure a more approachable and consistent practice by creating an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and community-oriented, and an experience that pays homage to this centuries-old modality.
