MeetStream AI x Scalekit Hackathon — Build Day SF 🛠️
Saturday, March 28 · 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM · San Francisco
Stop Building Agents That Just Listen. Build Ones That Act.
Every customer call ends the same way: a list of things someone meant to do. Update the CRM. File the ticket. Send the follow-up. Trigger the refund. Most of it happens too slowly — or not at all.
This hackathon is about closing that gap.
You'll use MeetStream's meeting agent infrastructure and Scalekit's auth layer to build an AI agent that doesn't just sit in meetings and take notes — it takes action. In real time. On behalf of the right person. With the right permissions.
Most AI demos fall apart at this exact moment. Connecting to a CRM is easy. Doing it correctly — respecting access controls, acting on behalf of a specific user, not blowing past permissions — is the hard part. That's the problem you're solving today.
We want founders, engineers, hackers, and builders who are ready to ship something real. No slides. No wireframes. Working demos only.
The Two Tracks
🎙️ Track 1 — Real-Time Meeting Co-Pilot
Build an AI agent that joins a live call and provides active assistance during the conversation itself.
Think multi-modal: your agent can talk, send messages, and pull live context from external tools — all in real time. Surface a caller's account status. Flag open tickets. Alert the rep to a churn risk mid-conversation. Scalekit governs exactly what context the agent can access and for which user, so nothing bleeds across accounts.
⚡ Track 2 — Post-Meeting Action Agent
Build an AI agent that processes what happened in a meeting and automatically drives follow-through — no human required.
Create the support ticket. Update CRM notes. Send the summary to the right people. Trigger an order lookup. Every downstream action is authorized via Scalekit, so your agent operates with the permissions of the person it's working on behalf of — not as an unconstrained superuser.

⚙️ Technical Complexity (25%) — How well-built is the solution? Does it genuinely leverage MeetStream and Scalekit APIs?
🌍 Impact (25%) — Does this solve a real problem? Could it scale beyond the demo?
🎯 Presentation & Usability (25%) — Is the demo clear and compelling? Would someone actually want to use this?
Who Should Come
This is for you if you're a founder, hacker, AI engineer, or builder who wants to work on the leading edge of agentic AI. No experience with meeting APIs required — we'll have API docs, live walkthroughs, and mentors on hand all day.
Whether you come solo or with a team, you'll leave with working code, new connections, and a sharper intuition for building agents that actually do things.
About the Organizers
is building unified API infrastructure for AI meeting agents. With a single API, developers can add meeting capabilities — join, record, transcribe, summarize, and take action — to any AI agent, across every major meeting platform. MeetStream handles the infrastructure so you can focus on building the agent logic. Backed by Antler. Based in San Francisco.
provides the auth layer for AI agents. When your agent needs to act in a downstream system — updating a CRM, filing a ticket, sending a message — Scalekit ensures it does so with the correct user-scoped permissions rather than unrestricted access. It's the infrastructure layer that makes agentic actions safe and production-ready.
: the world’s leading inception-stage investor, backing founders at day zero and supporting them as they build era-defining companies. On a monthly basis, Antler brings together a curated group of operators, builders, and founders to work side-by-side for up to three months before pitching their investment committee for an initial $500K–$1M commitment.
