According to Jungian psychology, the shadow represents the unconscious aspects of our personality that we may not be fully aware of, or may prefer not to acknowledge.
In this workshop, we’ll explore these aspects of ourselves that we tend to hide, deny, or suppress, and better understand how they impact our lives and drive many of our decisions, thoughts and behaviors.
Becoming more aware of our own Shadow and integrating its aspects into our conscious experience is essential in gaining greater self-acceptance and achieving wholeness.
