This weekend is an invitation to dive deeply into the inner tides of being — through Authentic Movement, somatics, improvisation, and expressive arts practices. We’ll move between inner listening and shared witnessing, exploring the meeting points between self and other, movement and stillness, depth and surface.

Authentic Movement is a form in which individuals discover a movement pathway that offers a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious. We’ll invite what lives beneath the surface to find expression: body sensations, movement impulses, dream images, memories, imagination – all of what’s there; being moved by that material spontaneously.
Throughout the weekend we will practice moving and witnessing, sharing and listening deeply from a place of integrity and authenticity. We'll embed our inner explorations in somatic practices to strengthen our connection to the living body, improvisation to find our lightness and creative potential, and we will use different tools (ie. bodywork, drawing, writing) for processing, self-reflection and integration.
This work supports us in navigating our life from a more grounded and embodied place, one that is anchored in trust and connectedness.
Held in a supportive community, this weekend offers a space for nourishment before the busy season ahead — you can think of it as a retreat for yourself, taking it how you need it: to rest, to reflect, to meet the tides of your inner ocean with care, compassion and honesty.

Come as you are. This workshop is open to anyone curious about embodied exploration and movement as a way of reconnecting to that feeling of being at home in the body.

About the facilitator
Eszter Kalóz is a Dancer, Holistic Dance-Movement Pedagogue and Yoga teacher based in Berlin. She's sharing her offerings under the name Bodyfulness.
She’s dedicated to inspiring personal transformation through embodied practices. Her work is based on dance pedagogical, dance- and body therapeutic as well as holistic methods. Her teaching style can be described as sensitive, caring and playful.
She's studied Authentic Movement extensively with Sabine Parzer (Holistic Dance Institute, Vienna), Contact Improvisation mainly with Andrew Wass (marameo Berlin), Body-Mind Centering with Ka Rustler and Nina Wehnert (Tanzfabrik Berlin), as well as many contemporary & improvisational techniques from various wonderful teachers.
Whether yoga or dance/movement, what she offers is influenced by an ongoing research into her own body-mind and therefore has a constantly evolving form.
