Meeting Myself for the First Time: Album Release and Mindfulness Event

Come join us at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis for an evening of mindfulness and the release of Nico Marie’s album “Meeting Myself for the First Time.” Produced by Damon Davis, the album provides instrumentals and vocalizations that support meditative states. Throughout the course of the evening, guests are invited to experience a sound bath, personalized affirmations, facilitated mindfulness activities with artworks on view, and a full listening session of the album.

This event is open to the public, bring as many people as you like.
