These meetings are a key aspect of the Authority’s engagement with the Garda Commissioner and cover a range of topics in relation to policing performance, including topical issues relating to policing.

Gráinne Berrill, the Director of the National Office of Commuity Safety, will also be in attendence.

The Policing and Commuity Safety Authority’s mission is to hold An Garda Síochána fairly and transparently to account in the interests of all, particularly the most vulnerable. The Authority holds monthly meetings with the Garda Commissioner, some of which are held in public.
