About this Event
This event is exclusively for Primary School Students.
Theme: Emotion Regulation
Big feelings such as anger, worry, and frustration are a normal part of growing up. This workshop supports children in recognising and understanding their emotions in a safe and supportive way. Through guided activities and simple mindfulness practices, children learn how emotions show up in the body and how to calm themselves when feelings feel strong. The session helps children feel more confident in expressing emotions and responding more calmly in everyday situations.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognise different emotions and body signals
- Understand that feelings come and go
- Learn ways to calm down when upset
- Respond to emotions with greater awareness
