About Host:
Michael Cafiero is an ecological landscape designer passionate about connecting people, plants, place and soil. He designs ecologically diverse and climate-adaptive landscapes that work with plants to shape atmosphere and human experience.
Objective:
Get to know your tree neighbors, with your human (and more than human) neighbors. We’ll be strolling through Brower Park to identify the trees that provide shade, beauty, and habitat for species of all kinds. We’ll practice our observational skills through writing and sketching and learn about our shared past and future with them in a time of unprecedented global ecosystem change.

Requirements: (optional) This is a 1 ½ hour, moving, workshop. Wheelchair accessible. Bathroom accessible.
