Step into a warm, softly held space designed to settle your nervous system and open the subtle channels of intuition. This immersive experience invites you into a gentle yet profound journey inward — where breath, energy, and imagination weave together to help you meet one of your spirit guides.
We’ll begin with breath awareness and grounding, easing the body into presence. Through chakra-based energy alignment, gentle somatic movement, and Reiki healing, you’ll be guided to tune your body, mind, and spirit into coherence.
From this state of harmony, we will enter a deep guided meditation and hypnotic relaxation, crafted to help you slip into the imaginal realm where your guides can be more easily felt, seen, or sensed. Whether you connect through imagery, emotion, sensation, or intuitive knowing, the experience meets you where you are.
