Have you ever felt pulled in different directions — one part of you wanting to rest, another pushing you to keep going? One part craving connection, another keeping people at a distance?
Those aren't contradictions. Those are your parts.
Meet Your Parts is an intimate, grounding workshop designed for Arab women and non-binary individuals who are ready to turn toward their inner world with curiosity instead of judgment. Drawing on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, this session offers a structured yet gentle space to begin identifying the inner voices, protectors, and wounded pieces that quietly shape how you move through life.
This is not therapy. It is a guided experience — part reflection, part community, part map-making.
You will leave with:
- A clearer sense of the parts that show up most in your daily life
- Language to name what you've been feeling but couldn't articulate
- A personal inner map to carry into your own healing work
- Connection with a community that gets it

This session is held in a culturally grounded space, centering the experiences of Arab women and non-binary individuals. All are welcome to register; priority will be given to members of the intended community.
