Take a break after work with Casey Trees to for an easy paced walk to learn about insects, their impact, and their interactions with trees!
About this Event

This walk is part of our Meet Your Neighbors series, where we encourage local community members to experience the nature right outside their front door and meet others who love the outdoors!

For our August neighborhood walk, we'll be joined by guest speaker Chris Riley of Bartlett Tree Services, an expert in entomology (the study of insects), to talk about invasive insects, their impact, and the importance of trees in supporting native and beneficial insect species.

Join us for an easy paced, 45 minute walk to wind down after your workday. No prior insect or tree ID experience is necessary!

The official Casey Trees tree species guide will be available as an add-on when you reserve your ticket. Purchase of a guide is not a ticket to the event and is not necessary to participate.
