Guest Speaker: Linda Moir
Former HR Director at Virgin Atlantic and Head of People for the London 2012 Olympic Games, Linda Moir will share how creating psychologically safe workplaces can unlock innovation, engagement, and high performance.

Drawing on her experience leading major cultural transformations and helping build the iconic Games Makers volunteer programme, Linda explores how a people-first, bottom-up leadership approach empowers teams to speak up, share ideas, and challenge the status quo. In this session, she will outline practical ways organisations can build trust, strengthen employee engagement, and create environments where individuals feel confident contributing their best.

Attendees will gain actionable insights into how psychological safety can improve wellbeing, teamwork, customer experience, and measurable business results.
