We are excited to announce our Meet the Teacher times for all students attending Longwood Elementary School in August 2021 for the 2021-22 school year. If you have not already registered your Kindergarten through 5th grade student, please use this link to register.https://www.scps.k12.fl.us/parents/enrolling-your-student/
Teachers will be assigned to students once all registration paperwork is received by Longwood ES. This includes but is not limited to physical exams, vaccination records, updated lease information, identification requirements, utility bill requirements, 1312 updates, etc.…Please ensure this information is updated PRIOR to attending Meet the Teacher. We cannot guarantee student placement during Meet the Teacher.
Please plan on dropping off supplies and meeting your child’s teacher to provide and receive important information.
Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, Varying Exceptionalities Classroom, Exceptional Student Pre-K, and VPK Meet the Teacher:
Friday, August 6, 2021:
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Students with last name of A-M)
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Students with last name of N-Z)
3rd Grade, 4th Grade, and 5th Grade Meet the Teacher:
Monday, August 9, 2021:
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Students with last name of A-M)
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Students with last name of N-Z)
Important Notice: While we love families at Longwood Elementary School, Meet the Teacher is for students assigned and immediate parents/guardians only. Due to our 50% capacity limitation, we ask that additional family members not attend. Although we will not re-quire masks at this event, we are still required to maintain social distancing when possible.
