Meet The Speakers:

Dr. Nicholas Valenzuela is a Veteran Toastmaster & an Experienced College Admissions Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Strong community and social services professional skilled in Education and Career Management, Interviewing, Organizational Development, and Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry.

Dr. Nick is a strong community and social services professional skilled in Education and Career Management, Interviewing, Organizational Development, and Human Resources.

He is passionate about helping students identify their education and career goals and formulate plans for achieving them. I do this work because I value learning and education, and appreciate the guidance and encouragement I received from teachers and mentors throughout my education and career.

Dr. Nick has been working with Anupama on the Mastermind since 2023 and is excited to share his progress.

He currently lives in San Mateo, California and enjoys spending time mentoring & coaching.

Meet The Speakers:

Rodney Mintz is a licensed Civil Engineer in California. He has extensive experience in the areas of water/wastewater, mechanical equipment, underground utilities, and construction management.

Rodney recently became a Certified Coach and Trainer in the John Maxwell Team with a goal of empowering others to overcome obstacles and live intentionally. He is currently the Vice President of Membership in Lodi Toastmasters.

Rodney has been working with Anupama on the Mastermind since 2023 and is excited to share his progress.

Rodney loves growing in the areas of leadership, personal development, and positive psychology. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and volunteering at his church in Stockton, CA.

Meet The Speakers:

Steve Steele is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team, leveraging over 25 years of leadership experience in non-profit organizations and more than 20 years in the corporate sector. A native Texan who has called Ft. Worth home since 1980, Steve holds an Executive MBA from Colorado Tech University, along with certifications in Executive Management and Business Administration.

As an influential facilitator, Steve specializes in Leadership Development, Personal Growth, and Coaching, motivating and inspiring leaders to create a ripple effect of value and transformation within their organizations. He is dedicated to empowering leaders to effect positive change in their communities.In addition to his coaching and training roles,

Steve is an International Radio Talk Show Host, maintaining strong connections with his audience and clients. Through his work, he aims to help individuals and organizations reach their fullest potential and thrive in both leadership and life.

Steve has been working with Anupama on the Mastermind since 2023 and is excited to share his progress.

He currently lives in Texas and enjoys hosting guests on his Radio Talk Show "The Leader's Edge" with co-host, Ernelita Dacumos on Voice America.
