In June 2026, four paddlers are attempting to BREAK THE RECORD for fastest known paddle down the Missouri River!That’s 2,341 miles. Paddling 24/7. In less than 33 days, 18 hours & 45 minutes!
On May 7th, the paddlers will be in South Dakota, getting ready for a training trip on the Missouri National Recreational River. Join us at 6pm at Riverside Park in Yankton, SD to meet the paddlers and learn all about their epic journey to break the record!
WHEN: Thursday, May 7th at 6pm
WHERE: Riverside Park Amphitheater in Yankton, SD. (In case of inclement weather, this event will take place in G.A.R. Hall at 508 Douglas Ave.)
This is a FREE event. All are welcome!
