As you know, all of us at Rarity love to showcase incredible products from around the world. We are delighted to welcome Piaff Champagne. The name Piaff originates from the French word Piaffe. A Piaffe was a move originally used in battle to keep horses warm on the spot, helping them remain focused on what’s ahead and ready to move forward. Now, it’s better known as a Grand Prix, cadenced dressage move, where a horse playfully and rhythmically moves opposite hooves in perfect synchronisation.
The Piaff horse, as the symbol of the chamgane house, is a perfect representation of what they are and of their champagne. A champagne house with a healthy respect for tradition and an energetic outlook on life who produce champagne that balances intricacy and finesse with vibrant and fresh flavours.
Brand Ambassadors Chris Roser & Shona Gillespie will conduct the complimentary tasting experience at the Rarity bottle shop in Bonnie & Wild.
Come and try Piaff Champagne at the bottle shop’s tasting cask at the front of Bonnie & Wild on Level 4, St James Quarter, Edinburgh.
This is part of our Meet the Maker events. Have a look at our other events to see what is on at Rarity
