The evening’s menu features layered flavors and elegant pairings—from Spanish octopus carpaccio to Texas Iberico pork secreto. Each course is thoughtfully matched with A. Rafanelli wines including Zinfandel, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, concluding with a decadent apricot and olive oil cake alongside Cabernet.
