Hi, I’m Megan Pruett (BSN, RN, AE-C, CCHC), a pediatric nurse, mama, sleep consultant, and founder of Sweet Dreams Sleep. As a nurse, I knew how important sleep is for both children and their parents. After experiencing sleep deprivation firsthand, and subsequently seeing how incredible we all felt after improving our sleep, I knew I had to share this with others. My approach is rooted in gentle, responsive techniques that prioritize your bond with your baby or toddler. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all method, I use actual data to understand your child’s unique biological needs. My goal is to move past the guesswork (and endless Googling) and give you an evidence-based roadmap to better sleep. Since my method is so gentle, I work with newborns all the way to 5-year-olds.

- Practical tools to help your baby/toddler/kid sleep
