Lighthouse is more than an accelerator—it’s a long-term partner for founders. Through an 11-week program, startups gain hands-on mentorship, educational programming, and direct investor connections to navigate high-growth challenges. Beyond the program, Lighthouse continues to invest in founders with ongoing support, expanded investor relationships, and a strong founder network. It’s not just about acceleration—it’s about building lasting impact.
About the Program
Our program is founder-focused, proven, and ready to guide your startup's journey. Lighthouse Labs mentors and equips 6-10 early-stage startups with help from our partners. Over 11 weeks, participants gain tailored mentorship, comprehensive education on scaling a startup, and a collaborative cohort community.
Batch 18 companies will engage in weekly educational sessions, receive mentorship from Lighthouse’s extensive network, and connect directly with local partners and investors. The program launches on March 3rd in Richmond, kicking off with a Meet the Cohort Social on Tuesday, March 4 and culminating in Demo Day on Tuesday, May 13.
