Tonight’s Meet the Chef Menu is a personal expression of Jack’s culinary style – a showcase of his favourite ingredients, signature techniques, and his own interpretation of our ethos.
Each dish is paired with a recommended wine, carefully selected by our local wine expert, James, to complement and elevate the flavours on your plate.
