These sessions offer a unique opportunity to secure sales, get invaluable feedback and build your professional network. They are only open to Mission Kitchen members.

This is the first Meet The Buyer sessions we have hosted with a distributor, and is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about how working with a distributor could help your brand grow.
About Bidfood
Bidfood is a leading foodservice wholesaler supplying fresh, frozen, ambient and non-food related products to customers in a wide range of sectors within the foodservice and catering industries.
Brands will have the chance to meet with Andy Allen, Entrepreneur in Residence at Bidfood UK, for a chance to seek insight and receive feedback on their brands.
The Brief:
Andy is interested in meeting emerging brands creating high quality products of all kinds, particularly:
- Condiments
- Baked Goods & Confectionary
- Breakfast Cereals
- Snacking
- Spreads & Nut Butters
- Prepared Meals (Fresh)
- Prepared Meals (Frozen)
- Drinks
- Frozen Desserts
Operational Requirements:
- SALSA / BRC accreditation
- Ability to provide industrial case sizes
- Substantial shelf life (ambient and frozen)
- Flexible MOQs
Please note that this opportunity is open to brands who are looking to learn more about distributing within food service and receive feedback and advice. If you do not meet any of the above operational requirements but would still like a chance to meet with Andy to gain advice and feedback on your brand, we still encourage you to apply.
About the Event:
If you are selected to take part, you will be given a 15 minute slot to meet with Andy Allen, to present your product and answer questions.
Following the event, Mission Kitchen will provide feedback from Andy, and if he is able to connect you to the team at Bidfood if your product is suitable.
Requirements:
- Be a member of the Mission Kitchen Network
- Register for this event and provide the necessary application information
- Be available to attend an in-person meeting at Mission Kitchen during the specified event time.
- Come to your meeting prepared to pitch, with product samples and information on pricing, MOQs, and all other commercial requirements.
Applications for this session will close on Tuesday 15th October at 11:59pm. If you are selected, we will contact you by Thursday 17th October to confirm a time slot and clarify any specific requirements.
