As part of our Visiting Artist Program, Queenston Pottery is absolutely thrilled to host a special Meet the Artist Day featuring celebrated acrylic painter Lynn Weiner on Sunday, May 31st, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Step into our multi-tiered gallery for a relaxed, inspiring afternoon. Arrive, unwind, and savor the moment as you sip complimentary bubbly, enjoy light refreshments, and connect directly with Lynn in a welcoming setting. Discover the meticulous processes behind her breathtaking, highly detailed paintings, learn about her artistic journey, and explore a fresh collection of artwork deeply rooted in place and community.

Originally from Granby in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Lynn Weiner has been an artist since childhood and is primarily self-taught. Now a permanent resident of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lynn draws immense inspiration from the surrounding region, painting full-time to capture moments that feel both familiar and quietly powerful.

Known for her beautifully realistic acrylic paintings, Lynn works by meticulously layering multiple thin washes of color to build exceptional form, depth, and a strong sense of three-dimensionality. Lynn is an Active Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, an Associate Member of the Society of Canadian Artists, and a dedicated member of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Arts Collective. Her stunning works can be found in private collections across Canada and the United States.
