This event is designed for all 30-something singles seeking new connections. Come along to meet new, likeminded people for friendship or for more!
About the class:
This 45-minute functional fitness class is suitable for all levels, and features a range of exercises as well as plenty of opportunities to connect with new people. This circuit will be straight-forward and suitable for those new to this type of workout environment, but can be made as challenging as you want! All equipment provided - just bring your water bottle!
After class, hang around for optional post-workout drinks at Midwest Coast Brewing!

- Coalition is an accessible location on the ground floor. While guests can modify exercises to suit their own comfort and fitness levels, this class will involve moving around the room, using a range of equipment, and engaging in semi-strenuous exercise.
