SEND children and their siblings are invited to meet Father Christmas in the Stanley Picker Gallery festive grotto.
About this Event

Stanley Picker Gallery are transforming our Gallery space into a festive grotto and welcoming children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and their siblings to meet Father Christmas!

Each session is 30 minutes long.
To keep the environment calm, there will be no more than three families in each session.
Families welcome to arrive before their session and to stay afterwards to enjoy some creative and festive activities.
Please note that the Gallery opens at 11am, so if you book the first slot you will not be able to arrive earlier.
Families will also be able to explore our current exhibition , images of which will shortly be available on the linked page.
Our elves will be on hand to take photographs with your phones and cameras.
Every child will receive a small gift.
Festive dress is encouraged!

Booking Please book one ticket per family (for example, two siblings count as one ticket) and provide details of all children and young people attending in the question boxes - this will be helpful for Father Christmas to connect with them.

Gallery Location Stanley Picker Gallery is situated on a small island on the Hogsmill River, behind Kingston School of Art, an approx. 10-minute walk from Kingston Town Centre. Accessibility Stanley Picker Gallery is a ground level and accessible venue, however, please note, there are low-level artworks to walk on (optional) in the current exhibition space, and a larger number of hay bales. Please inform us of any allergies. Sensory bags are available upon request, and visuals provided to support communication.
