About this Event
This free workshop is for adults who have been recently diagnosed with ADHD or autism, those who have self-diagnosed as being neurodivergent, and those seeking more information about neurodivergent.
Learn the main differences between a neurodivergent brain & a neurotypical one, along with how those differences impact those who are neurodivergent. You'll also learn key strategies that are designed to work specifically with the neurodivergent brain.
The workshop is approximately 60 minutes with time afterwards for Q&A.
Light refreshments & coffee will be served.
