Come meet and pet goats from The Tiny Home(stead), a family farm in Chugiak, and learn about what it takes to raise animals and run a farm in Alaska. If the weather outside is unsafe for the goats, we'll meet in the 4th floor Learning Commons.
NOTE: Only ~20 people at a time will be able to enter the goat pen and participants will spend a limited amount of time with the goats. We anticipate these events will be very popular. We will do our best to accommodate all attendees but we may need to turn away participants due to time restrictions. Be prepared for long wait times. Please follow all library and program staff instructions for the safety of the participants and the goats.
