In honor of the November 21st release of "Wicked: For Good" to theaters everywhere, we've asked our friend John A. Spigler Ikuma to stop by at The Rug Shop for a little chat from 1-3 PM on Saturday November 22nd. We've even asked him to bring his guitar, so who knows? We sure hope that you'll come out and meet him, and hear about his years in Hollywood, his move to Mountain Maryland and everything in between. John A. Spigler Ikuma is a filmmaker, animator, and VFX artist with more than 28 years of experience. He began his creative journey as a signed singer-songwriter in his teens, then launched his film career in 1997 apprenticing on The Simpsons. Since then, he has worked on high-profile productions including WICKED and Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.
John is the founder of Stop Motion Magazine and Stop Motion University; and develops tools and plugins that bridge art and technology for animators worldwide.
