Explore the impact on learning outcomes with other school leaders from primary schools, secondary schools, and MATs, and engage with a range of specially chosen exhibitors demonstrating the tools, technologies and services they offer to help you improve learning outcomes for all your learners.

Doors open at 8:30am and at this time, refreshments and exhibitions will be available once sign in has been completed at the registration desk upon entry. The event will commence at 9:00am.

Free refreshments will be provided throughout the day, including a lunch buffet and bevarages (please make note during registration if you have any dietary requirements and we will accommodate to the best of our abilities).

• Parking spaces are limited and will be reserved for exhibitors and event organizers.
• If you would like to request a parking space, please select the option during registration.*
• Accessible parking spaces are available upon request.

*Please note that any remaining spaces, after exhibitors and organizers have parked, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, an onsite space cannot be guaranteed.

For those unable to park at the onsite car park, Derby Arena is available and is a 10–12 minute walk from the Reach Events venue.

Derby Arena Car park Price: £3 per car, for 1 day. Payment can be made by cash at the machines or by card through the MiPermit App or website. Instructions for payment are displayed on the parking machines.
