This experiential and nurturing workshop takes you through essential layers of self-awareness from your physical body to your spiritual awareness using the PEMS model: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. It is about beginning to cultivate your connection to Spirit through self-awareness and the gift of mediumship. Explore your intuitive skills, deepen your relationship with Spirit, and build from the ground up with awareness, knowledge, and connection. “Start From Where You Are. Build From the Inside Out.” This gentle, grounded and powerful beginner’s workshop is the perfect starting point. You’ll learn how to connect to yourself (the soul within) first, and from that sacred self-awareness, learn to connect to the presence of Spirit in clarity, with trust, and confidence. With the expert tuition and support of an experienced professional medium and qualified Adult ed. teacher, this workshop is packed with practical techniques, personal insights, and grounded guidance to help you begin your journey of working with Spirit!
The day runs 10.30 till 4pm. Donation is £55. Very limited numbers for max attention so a £25 non-refundable deposit holds your place.
