Mediterranean food and wine pairing: 4 course, 5 wines - with 2 amazing people, Sotiris Bafitis (Greek wine importer) and Chafik Hocine (chef de cuisine, UPSIDE on Moore)
Wine educator Sotiris will be in attenadance speaking and answers any questions about the wine. He collaborated with his mentors, Rob Wilder and Roberto Alvarez, to help open Zaytinya of the Think Food Group. His expertise in Greek wines allowed him to curate a predominantly Greek wine list, a first of its kind in the US. He also guided the managing partners through Greece, showcasing the regional diversity of Greek wines and cuisine. Later, at Zaytinya, he revamped the wine list and provided culinary insights.

3rd - Lamb Souvlaki - Greek kebabs, lettuce, tomato, sauteed kale, tzatziki sauce & fresh pita chips
