Join us for Meditative Painting at Taborspace!
In this session you will enter into a secure container where you will take time to reconnect with your innerchild.
During this meditative art class will explore your inner world with the help of guidance, messages from the plants, healing meditation and creative time.
My aim during these classes is to offer you a unique experience where you can bring more peace, love, nurture and compassion to the child within you that will help you to free yourself from any crystallized experiences that prevent you to enhance your well-being
This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to relax, connect with others, and explore your artistic side.
No prior painting experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to create. Let your brush strokes guide you into a state of mindfulness and tranquility. We will use watercolor as it is a more spontaneous medium that will help to let go control of any expection and dive into the process.
Supplies will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, a note book, cozy clothe and your heart fully open. :)
Come and experience the therapeutic power of painting in a welcoming and supportive environment.
